Returns:
Unfortunately, I do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges on products. If you ordered a pair of baby moccasins and would like a different size, I will be happy to replace with the correct size. Please contact me within 48 hours of the moccasins arriving for exchange.
Repairs:
If the product purchased is defective upon arrival please, send an email with detailed photographs within 48 hours of the package arriving.
I will email you a shipping label to return the item for repair or replacement free of charge (whichever is deemed necessary by me).
If 48 hours has passed then the buyer is responsible for shipping both ways but the repair or replacement is still free of charge
This does not include natural use, wear and tear, water damage, or other misuse.
Cancelation Policy:
Any cancelations must be made within 24 hours of placing order. Anything past 24 hours can be canceled.
Shipping and Turn Around Time:
Items ready-made will ship within 7 days of ordering. If I am out of town and cannot meet this deadline I will email you directly as soon as possible with more information!

I am not responsible for returned items lost in transit, so I recommend purchasing insurance on those items.
Customs - Depending on the time of year and how busy I am, my wait list can be anywhere from 1 month, to 4+ months. I own and operate this business solely on my own, with help from my husband when needed. Please know that I will always try my hardest to make your items in a timely manner. The sooner you reserve a spot on my list the better. If you ordered a custom item like a belt, ranch pants, bronc halter, adult moccasins, etc. I prefer to know AT LEAST 2 1/2 months in advance.
International Shipping:
I am only able to ship within the Unites States at this time.
